After completing a food log for FIVE days (3 WEEKDAYS AND 2 WEEKEND DAYS) you will record your food intake at myplategov.

*      Proceed to food intake-if there is not an exact match for your food try to estimate the best you can to a similar food item-**there are many fast food and brand name items which will help you.

*      Enter all food items and beverages for all FIVE days-you must change the date (go to update profile at the top of page to change the date) for a new day and start a new entry for each day.

*      YOU MUST ENTER ACCURATE NUMBER OF SERVINGS FOR EACH ITEM!!

*      When you have completed ONE DAY - GO TO SAVE AND ANALYZE.

*    PRINT THE FOLLOWING FOR EACH DAY

*    CALCULATE DG COMPARISON

*    CALCULATE NUTRIENT INTAKE

*    CALCULATE MY PLATE STATS
