This paper must be typed!! Please put your answers in paragraph form. This is a paper and will be counted as a substitute for a physical grade.

  1. What is Yoga and where did it originate? What are the benefits of Yoga practice?
  2. What is the name of the Yoga Routine that you are learning in class? Name and explain each part of the form.  Include in your answers a detailed explanation of how to do each part, with breathing. (Can include pictures as well.
  3. How do you feel about Yoga? What opinions have you formed about it? Do you think it is beneficial to your health? Do you see yourself using or practicing Yoga in the future?  Why or why not?
